all the stores have merged. if you go to cingular.com or wireless.att.com they route you to cingular wireless page (with att logos everywhere) then go to store locator. this will tell you which stores are corporate and which are authorized resellers
ie. if it doesn't say authorized reseller.. it's a corporate store.

hey, i cannot confirm this date/time with 100% absoluteness...but i called a local AT&T store yesterday about the numbers of iphones available in their store on the 29th. the guy sounded pretty certain that he would know the exact # on june 28th at 9pm. he was the manager. i assume that is when he will be notified (via phone) of the # of iphones coming the next day or more likely, they will have the shipment by that time. i assume they will have the iphones ahead of time to make sure launch runs smooth (ie. harry potter book launches in the past have done this).

Just go to an Apple store .


Otherwise, check to make sure that the AT&T store is a corporate store. If so, it should have iPhones.

Either way I'm camping out 24 hours! Heck it'l be a nice fun little vacation in front of the Apple store. I need to be the first one in line! I'd rather look like an idiot all day than miss out on this!

I agree. for me it's at least 24hours. Supply is very limited and I am sure some will be lost in shipping.

well i dont think there is a need to camp out anymore cuz it'll be coming out at 6pm...yea maybe i should go there at like 4 but truely i dont know...thats why im going the week of to ask the store wat their plans are for the 29th.

don't know if anyone caught this article. says stores wil close at 4pm then reopen at 6pm.
