"... since the iphone has launched do we still need this area of the board???"

Most news oriented web sites archive a multitude of their past.

(Our past.)

I bookmarked on my iPhone the local story here in the Columbus
area mentioning my wait in line, and that I was first in line (here) to purchase the iPhone.

Once in the while, I've gone back to read a couple of threads in this
camping section relating to the "unknown" aspects of the iPhone at the time.

I was glad to still have access to it for what I was looking for.

So to answer the above question: Yes, this section should remain.
It represents a total "picture" of the iPhone experience from its
hyped beginning to its hacked presence.

It was a great camping trip.

I actually had a signal when I went camping last week. So much for going camping without technology.

There shouldn't be one of those. The iPhone's too self-explanatory and easy to use for that!
