I stopped by the Legacy Village store today and they had a sign outside with this info on it:

Rules and Regulations for Apple iPhone Release

1.Overnight parking at Legacy Village is prohibited.
2. No tents, sleeping bags or camping will be allowed.
3. Line will form on Friday, June 29th beginning at 6 AM.
4. The holding or saving of spaces in line is prohibited.
5. Any disorderly or unruly behavior while in line or on property will result in immediate removal from Legacy Village.
6.Legacy Village is privately owned and reserves the right to enforce rules and regulations in our code of conduct.

I guess it's a good thing seeing that the most you will wait is 12 hours. I can just see the mad rush at 6.

Yep, not till 6am. I am not going to be there till around 2 since you cant get out of line supposedly (no spot holding) and that store told me they will have enough for everyone.

I think that is kind of ridiculous if you have to take a leak and someone in line with you holds your spot while you pee. I think they just don't want you to hold a spot for 10 of your friends and they all come down at 5:45pm.

There were 4 people already outside the Howe Ave store around 9pm tonight. A cop was talking to them, not sure what happened. Honestly, this isn't suppose to be a limited release. The only reason apple isn't telling anyone how many they're sending out is so it creates more hype. There should be enough to go around.

a buddy of mine passed by there around 845 (Howe Ave), he said there are more than 4-5 people now, more like 10-20. All mostly in tents, but I think he said the cops were making them leave..

I was there after that, there were 4 people, I counted them.

I was just by the AT&T store on Chagrin... loooks to be around 7-10 people out there! I am going to the Apple store around 2...I am not takin a chance at AT&T since they were not getting many last I heard.

I'm at chapel hill now in line. I'm 8th. There's only 9 people here but I hear there's a ton at legacy, around 50.

I went to the Apple store... NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO CAMP... the line will form at 6am!
