hmm...kind off the subject, but isn't against ebay policy to have an account if you are under 18? I figured the whole 'can't legally enter a binding contract until 18' thing would be in effect for it. If so, then all of your ebay transactions are done falsely, since you aren't old enough to be 'bound' by a contract, legally speaking.

I totally respect what your saying. I'm just saying its up to the kid to have his parents be the one to buy it. There are literally thousands of people that will buy an iPhone. Why involve yourself with all this bullshit to begin with. If you dint trust the kid don't even bother telling him so. But to start threads "threatening to call parents" or to ask him to get his parents to call or whatever is crazy unless you love the soap opera. Sell it to someone else. 1. I have a job as a waiter in a local restraunt owned by my friend's family.
2. My parents don't need to call because its coming out of MY MONEY

3. I had a bank account as a kid but closed it, and now on another thread someone persuaded me to open one because I can get a debit card.
4. WHAT? I am not selling anyone any iPhone because I don't have one.
5. My parents don't care what phone I get. It's not costing them, it's costing me. They DO NOT pay my bill. So, they DO NOT care
