Well, if he had spelled "waist" correctly in the first place, there would have been no need for my comment. Blame him.

Before you workout I also reccommend eating more than 450 cal a day you burn that off at work I do 900 cals a day just watch your fats try some fruits and veggies.
Good stuff. I use it as well but I'm not sure if he's gonna get the results he's looking for with this product. This product is not for weight loss. Being that he's diabetic, it could be potentially dangerous.

I wasnt sure if Hydroxycut and those other products like trimspa etc are bad but now i fer sure know.

I guess the only "diet" that really works is the eat anything you want in small portions every 2-3 hours with 20min minimum of workout/cardio/sports daily.

btw evo, still havent forgot... im still losing weight for the big reveal. lol, i should document this crap on youtube... maybe a vLog of me getting from 180 to 145. Im 5'7 so pretty much im not far for being medically called obese.

hey no worries buddy. just keep on it...i need to start myself. i keep putting it off.

I've taken plenty of fat burning supplements myself (light user) and never had any problem, up until a year ago. After taking a specific supplement I started having anxiety attacks which I thought were some form of heart attack, as I've never had an anxiety attack in my life. The anxiety continued for months, which I was hoping would go away on its own but never did.

I finally gave up, saw a doctor and now I'm stuck on drugs lol. Anxiety is gone thx to medication, but all doctors will tell you any energy drink/pill is bad for you. Never again will I take something like that. I hope you use your better judgment and stick to weight loss naturally. All that stuff is just dangerious chemicals and not really worth it.

That would be really cool to have a video document of the results. Kind of like that video where the guy took a pic of himself everyday for 5 years, posed exactly the same. How much have you lost so far?

Well, my Bday was recently and ever since i broke my diet i havent started again. I went from 180 to 173, but now im back at 180. Mainly this is due to the fact that im not working anymore and all i do is eat, sleep till mid day and play video games or chill with friends till late.

Tarek, im not far from Medically obese. Appearance wise, i look normal. A person can look healthy and "regular" but can be under weight, over weight etc.

Europa, since im an only child, im guessing the only way to motivate myself is to maybe get support from ppl on youtube or a blog etc. Im guessing it would be something similar to "the incredible shrinking girl/guy" weight loss diary videos. Really really impressive stuff when you see their old videos vs new ones. The other type of video is the span/change videos. The guy who grew his beard and took the same picture for 2 years or something.

Tarek do you have diabetes b/c of overweight? or do you have the other type, like one of my friends do where you have this insulin thing attached to your body or w/e. I think its Juvenile diabetes.

I have Diabetes because that was like hereditary, it's been going on in my father's family. I got it when I was four years old, and it's the Type 1 Diabetes not the Type 2 that you're talking about. And no, I take insulin shots (injections) this one

but with a much shorter needle. I don't want anything attached to my body (either externally or internally) because I play soccer sometimes and you know soccer can be dangerous sometimes.

Ah, i didnt know it was hereditary. I thought you just get it.

There was a Diabetes FML i read once where the kid was expelled from school after the lunch lady saw him "shooting up". Turns out he was giving himself insulin thru a injection pen before eating the school lunch.

Tarek, check into the Insulin pumps if you ever get a chance. The pump is really small, kind of like a pager, but they work great for keeping the glucose level very stable by giving you regular small doses of Insulin. They use a really small/short subcutaneous needle that is flush with the skin and then you secure it with a bandage and then change the needle every few days. It would take a lot to knock it out, and even if you did, it wouldn't be dangerous. You'd probably be ok to play Soccer with it, but if otherwise, you could just remove it and replace it after. I'd use one for sure if I had Juvinelle Diabetes. They really help to decrease the spikes and can help prolong your life by minimizing the amount of time that your gluc is above 200.
