That's very weird. My cat hates it when some one lifts her up, she likes to be free. What an open minded cat I have lol. But she has her times also. Sometimes she just sleeps next to you or sits on the same couch as you are, and she probably never stays alone. She loves to sit where everyone is sitting, unless we're having visitors over for dinner or something, that's when she hides till they leave. Funny cat! Lol
