Yea, it is, just updated it last night.

My birthday is 1 day after our contract ends, so I'm asking for the carrier switch for my birthday from my wife.

Then I continue saving and survive the holidays and plan on getting "IT" shortly after MW'09, just in case 'ol stevo decides to drop a new unit or worse...the price!
