I spoke to an at&t rep today as she was walking past my store with her name tag on.. I stopped her and said hey I see you work at at&t can you help me out with my upgrade. Told her I bought my 3g november of 2008 she said come by you can get an upgrade at the discounted price. Said they changed the upgrade policy. Went and checked my account online and it does not say that... think I might just be getting the hook up...
