Default Free songs on Amazon

Amazon has quite a few songs to download for free at the moment.

1,274 songs actually. You just have to install the Amazon MP3 Downloader.

They do that all the time. Personally, I prefer to the entire album collection over a single song but those free songs can help you decide if you'd like to get the rest of the album. I also love their 50 albums for $5 each promo although I'm not interested in any of the selections for September which is odd. I can usually find an album or two in the 50 that I don't have and want.

IMHO one song cannot help you like an entire album. Many artists record an album as one artistic vision. One song just cant do it justice.

Yeah Amazon does it quite a bit but this is the biggest selection I've seen. And as far as buying the album or just one track, I almost always buy single songs as opposed to the whole track. I often dislike most of what is on the CD save for a couple of songs.

It's those subtle differences in mankind that makes the world go round I guess. I can only recall once or perhaps twice when I've bought just a single track instead of the album or cd collection.

I've just had a browse of those songs, half of them I've never even heard of. The other half... well, thats probably the reason they are free.

Take The Gorillaz for example. I have both the Gorillaz and Demon Days albums. I only like one song from each, Clint Eastwood and Feel Good Inc. The rest of the songs are just wasting space.

I feel you. I steered clear of Demon Days because I had the same experience with their debut Gorillaz.

These two songs were the only decent ones they did
