Yeah, an iPhone 3G used by Tom, has a broken screen, and doesn't even turn on isn't worth a $100 USD. That's why it's not yours.

Nope mine is in the hands of fed ex rite now being shipped to apple for a replacement, should have my new/refurbished 3g in 4-5 days
then i will sell it and get the 3GS

Did I miss some posts somewhere? Why is damage caused by you pissing off your wife and her throwing your phone across the room covered by your warranty? Doesn't really sound like a manufacturing defect to me...

Oh yeah you must have missed the post,
let me explain...
I dont want any confusion, The damage is not covered by the warranty but I simply do not care, I am going to get it replaced for free by lying to apple. My screen was not cracked, it was just stuck on a white screen due to the damage. When i googled iphone white screen i saw that some people get this problem while texting. Therefore I called up apple and told them i was just texting and my screen suddenly turned white. They asked me to bring it to apple to get a replacement, but to avoid being annoyed by "apple genius's" i told them i did not have a car to get there. They told me to just mail it in so i mailed it in yesterday. This is better because when you mail it in they hardly even look at it, it costs less to replace it than it does to fix it.
