Damn! Then my phone and AT&T in Chicago SUCKS! I can't take my phone in for a new battery because I am past my warranty and I am getting the 3gs in two weeks anyways. Lets hope I get a good battery in that one.

Wow, really? Like Dave said, take out most likely provider-based issues, and you're left with what.... NOTHING. A sweaty face and a battery. Good god. Go cry some more.
I've never had one issue listed there with any of my iPhones.

I know, me either. I think it is a problem with at&t and that has effect on my batter. When 3.1 hit I had serious problems with signal and battery and had many posts on here about it, you can probably find them if you look hard enough. My phone would show a full signal and nothing would work. Then the phone would just erase everything I had on it and I would have to restore and start all over. Same with my wife's phone. My battery has been awful ever since then. Apple actually contacted me to give them some feedback on what was happening on my phone but i never did. Oh well.
