Apple MightyMouse(Wireless) Review

I used one with the Mac Mini - and it was indeed a great mouse - makes it quite easy for navigating around. My only irk with it was that after a while, the scroll wheel got messed up and I could only use it to scroll up.

yep...happens every few months...that's when you bust out the rubbing alcohol.

instead: soak a paper towel with rubbing alcohol. rub it all over that bad boy (the track ball). Back and forth for a long time. When that rubbing alcohol evaporates, your good for about 3 months.

I flipped my mouse upside down and rolled the trackball like mad all over a piece of paper. I applied a good amount of force, and that was about a year ago. Still works great today. I'll have to try your method next time.

A YEAR!!! you clean bastard!

In my defense, my mighty mouse gets about 10 hours a day use...not sure how much you use yours.

lol. Uhm. a few hours a day. I'd say normal use for the average user. I think you'd go into the "power user" category.
