Just in case anyone ever restores their O2 iPhone - because you'll need these details to get EDGE working again:

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
username: vertigo
passsword: password

settings for the O2 edge is as follows:

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
username: vertigo

Tried and tested

beware the "o2" on the APN address is with O not Zero

Hi i just bought a unlocked iphone and have but my blackberry sim in the phone but im not sure if the edge settings are working?! ive got version 1.1.2 and from what ive read on the net, they have taken away the edge settings edit bit away! can any one let me know how i can edit them?
