I need help with my contacts

I had been using the mobile me and syncing my contacts and such and everything has been working great. All of a sudden I look at my favorites and all the names of my friends are gone and just the phone numbers are there. Then I look at my contacts and almost all of them are gone. I tried restoring the phone and had no luck. Then I thought about turning off push for my contacts and all of a sudden all of the contacts are back on my phone(but now they are just on my new contacts icon on the iphones desktop but not on the contact section of the phone section). All of my contacts are correct on my Mac and on my mobile me account.

Any help???

I think as Apple works out the bugs in MobileMe we will see many strange things happening. I have confidence it will all get worked out eventually.
