HELP! I have a jailbroken/unlocked iPhone 3G (with 3.0 firmware), and I have a serious problem. I downloaded the NES app from Cydia yesterday. The app wasn't working, so I went into Cydia to remove the app, and now ALL of my original iPhone apps/icons are gone - Phone, Calendar, Safari, Text, Settings, iPod, App Store, Contacts, Weather, Camera, You Tube, Photos...EVERYTHING! Cydia and Icy are also gone.

I tried syncing the phone again, hoping this would help, but the original features did not come back.

When you call my phone it still rings, text messages come through, and when you perform searches in Spotlight, all the emails, address contacts still come up. When you search for the missing apps however, they are not found in Spotlight.

On another forum i was told that the icons are just hidden...but how do I get them to appear again? Why did this happen? But more importantly, how do I fix this?? I'm panicking over here.

are u able to jailbreak 3.1? i need a custom firmware if u are... thanks... also if u can help me find a way to downgrade bb that would be awesome!!! i have the 5.09 bootloader as well... (
