Ok to sell our extra 3g iphone?

We have 2 iphones on the family plan and can only afford one (the primary account phone). We went to the AT&T store and got a cheaper phone for the additional line, resulting in a more affordable plan. We are currently 10 months into our 2 yr family plan. Is it ok to sell this extra 3g 8gb iphone?

You own it, you can do whatever you want with it. you can fetch about $350-400 depending on the condition.
