Looking to buy a gently used or new Blackberry for parents.
Hey guys, my mom is looking for a business phone so im trying to find her one. Im trying to keep it as cheap as possible since its secondary phone.
Requirements:
-Curve, Pearl, or Bold
-New/gently used condition no cracks, breakage and works correctly.
-GSM ONLY no verizon or other CDMA BBs
-Sim locked to AT&T or Sim Unlocked if coming from diff gsm carrier.
-Comes with Charger, box, books (ill have to teach her how to use it)
The email is an important feature for her, and since she'll be using this phone exclusively for her business, so sorry...no iphone.
PM me for prices. Again, trying to keep it as cheap as possible maybe we can negotiate.

Reason: Changed the info
I would suggest you put this down in the marketplace section of the forum. You will probably get more response, or maybe the mods will move this for you.

BlackBerry's are awesome phones. But BlackBerry's can't really be compared to iPhone's. The iPhone is a great media centered phone, IMO. If she needs a great all around phone, I'd say go with the iPhone. If she needs a full on business phone as you said above, go with a BlackBerry. Email is instant every single time. As someone on EB (everythingberry) said, you don't have to go get your email, it comes to you. It has copy and paste, MMS, voice recording, great calendar, etc. If that's what she uses her phone for or needs a phone for, then again, go for the BB.
Just read again in your post that email is a big feature for her. No doubt - BlackBerry. The iPhone's email client is good. A little bit lacking though, especially when compared to the BlackBerry. She'd have to be on a BB data plan which is the same cost as an iPhone 3G's data plan (depending on which BB she would get. 3G or no 3G).

She's needs the phone primarily for business. So im trying to find her a gently used blackberry wether it be on AT&T or Sim unlocked from elsewhere. As far as pricing, she doesn't know much about the plans, however she did state she wants it to be 75ish max a/mo.
I know a decent amount about Blackberry phones but i cant decide which to exclusively try to obtain for her. Bold, Curve, Pearl? Pro's cons? Help me out Sav.
