Although that is a great price for a 3G - I was looking for a first generation iphone so I can get it cheaper than that price - it's for my son and I don't want to spend that much.

How much as you asking for it? On a scale of 1-5 with 1 being excellent and 5 being the worst - what condition is your phone - does everything work on it???

Wait bagnum you say that the phone is unlocked, yet you can't use it because your sim doesnt work? When a iphone is unlocked it is compatible with all U.S. sims unless you are using some weird GSM carrier.Then you say your have an iphone 3g which would imply that you are using it with AT&T or T-mobile. So if you are using an American carrier this phone should work for you so it doesnt make sense when you said your sim didn't work. And about the condition of the phone you say it powers up and charges but nothing else about the actual functionality of the phone or if it even works in general. Your story has a few holes in it and If you're a potential buyer I would ask for more info about this phone becaues it seems a little shady to me.
