Default Ical not deleting events.

I have had my MBP for about 3 months now and love it, love it, love it. The only problem I have run into is events in ical don't delete after the date has passed. I have it set to delete after 1 day.
Anyone else have this problem or know what I may be doing wrong?

Well I used the wrong forum, still in a related area. Sorry.

I have that checked and set to delete after 1 day, but the event(s) do not delete.

well, that's bizarre.

are they repeating events? It seems my repeating events aren't being deleted either...

Well,I have repeating and single. And some are in home and some in work. Doesn't seem to matter. It is strange. My have to go to the Apple Store and see what they have to say.
