Default Need Help Downloading iTunes

I bought a slightly used Macbook recently and have run into a few problems. When I'm trying to download iTunes 8.0 it says that I don't have access priviliges to do this function. My log in is has administrator access. Also when I try to update Leopard it says that it can't find certain files. Any insight?

Nevermind. I took it to the Apple Store Genius Bar and they fixed everything. It was by far the best customer service I have received with any computer related product. This reaffirms my Macbook purchase. Big thumbs up to the Legacy Village Apple Store!!!!
