Default MacBook issues need advice.

Well I was having alot I'd issues with my new aluminum MacBook freezing up when using safari. I call tech support go through the normal troubleshooting like clearing the cookies, cache, and then resetting safari. This did not fix it and then we reinstalled safari by the use of the install disk. This also failed to fix this issue so we started to install OS X and now the install has frozen on 14 minutes remaining and has been there for like 30 minutes. If anyone has any helpful advice or had this problem I would greatly appreciate the help.

Are you having issues with any other applications? Have you tried a different browser? Could it be your network?

not my network. It has to be something with my computer because it wont even do a clean restore. I took it into my apple dealer and they are going to get it to work or give me a new one. we will see if it doesnt get better i guess i will be driving 2+ hours to the real apple store. I need to take my 16 Gb 3G in to get it replaced due to the light leak issue.
