so I'm going to exchange my MBP today due to the express card slot... I'm considering going with the other 15" model... mainly because of the better video card, but also because the larger HD will be nice... and with tax returns coming back, the difference will be covered...

I'll report back later.

It isn't really a better video card, just has double the MB. 256 vs 512.

anyway, i did end up getting it... migration and XP reinstallation went smoothly. and the express card cover works.

Glad this one worked out for you. Mac's are a lot of fun. Enjoying mine every day.
