I feel ya - my MacBook has two times the memory my Pro had, and it wipes the floor with my Mini. Much more solid, and I;m sure the MBP is coming from he Air. How much memory does it have?

Congrats Chris on the MBP. I just bought one also about 2 months ago and is my first Mac. I got the 15'' monitor, 2.6 Ghz, 200 Gb HDD 7200 rpm, 4 Gb ram, Nvidia 512 card. So far it's been great and still learning it. Total price was $2400

I love it. Loved the MBA, but this feels more comfortable coming from the Powerbook.

I too have a new MacBook Pro from this March, and I love it.

The machine is so powerful but I still find it to be the best-looking Apple computer with the sleek Aluminum.

I know little about computers, but all I know is that this is a great one. As you mentioned, the screen is very nice and might be my favorite feature.
