Default The one thing i hate about my macbook air

I hate how i watch videos and the fan starts to race and its hot on my lap, and the air flow out of the computer is horrible

the aluminum casing is designed to work as a heat sink, so a warm to hot underside is to be expected. Doesn't mean the airflow is poor at all.

It does this on the MacBook as well. Gets really loud whenever I watch any kind of video.

Which macbook? I have the new aluminum 2.0GHz and its always quiet. Its kinda weird I heard the fan like once and I've had it since november.

It's the white one. I bought it just over a year ago. It's not the lowest end one either, its the one right below the black one spec wise. Anytime I watch a video though be it youtube, dvd, or even flash sites the fans go into hyperdrive it seems.
