Default Using X-Win32 to access iMac

I have been trying to use the X-Win32 terminal emulation on Windows XP to remotely login to an iMac on my local network through ethernet, but it has not been successful and I always get an error message saying the connection is refused. I have turned on all the possible sharings on the iMac including File Sharing, Remote Login, Remote Management, Web Sharing. I also think that the remote login command that's set up in X-Win32 is correct, using xterm and proper options. So, all I can think of is that either there's something missing on iMac that I have to share or iMac OS X (10.5.3) doesn't support remote access through terminal emulation.

Would anyone have tried the same and got a successful result?

Thanks
