Yea i burned it with handbrake and it says it's in mp4 format. Maybe the particular DVD i chose doesn't work with the iPhone?! I don't know. I'm trying it again with a different DVD it just sucks cause its taking forever! If you have any suggestions please let me know. thanks

There should be no diff between dvds, but the file could have possibly become corrupted somehow. Also, do you have enough space on your iPhone to store the file? That's another consideration...

There's a donateware that's elegant and simple. XviD4PSP rips all formats (DVD, AVI, RMVB, MKV, MOV, basically everything) up to 720 horizontal resolution MP4s in either XviD (fast encode) or x264 (quality) codec. It's absolutely free, and you can convert not only to iPhone, but every system under the sun.
