Default New Macbook Convert

Well, the iPhone has brought another person over to the Mac Side! Got it today. I still have my Windows Vista Ultimate for my work laptop, but my Macbook is my home/school computer.

White Macbook
2.4 Ghz Core 2
2 MB RAM (Will upgrade to 4 ASAP)
160 GB HD

Got the back to school promo...free iPod Touch 8 gb...and will sell it online to make $200 or so. Got the free printer, too. So...$1750 up front...minus $399 in rebates, minus $200 for iPod Touch sale, then minus $100 since I'm a student. $1150 our the door (tax included). Got birthday money for it (I'm turning 30 on Saturday). I'm a HAPPY camper!

OH...BTW...I'm getting Office 08 for Mac for $15...Full edition...through my school.

GREAT DEAL...and I'm LOVING my Mac!

I just got a Macbook yesterday. I too got MS Office through my employer for $20. I'm still in the culture shock of using it though. I'm sure with time it will get easier (I've been a PC user all my life). So far though I am enjoying it.
