Help Me Please!!

My iPhone wasn't syncing correctly with my address book so I tried to erase and reinstall the apple address application. I erased it but now I can't seem to figure out how to re-install, the software dvd that came with my macbook will not let me install just the adress book, it wants me to install the whole osx. I now have no address book on my macbook, can anyone please help me?

You can find the Address Book app:
Mac OS X Install Disk 1 > System > Installation > Packages > Essentials.pkg
