Finding iPhoto Pictures

I'm hopeing someone familiar with iPhoto & macs can assist me. I load and organize my iPhone photos to iPhoto but when I want to access them in the mac hardrive(for ex. to post a pic on craigslist) I go to Macintosh HD>Pics>iPhoto library.... But where do I navigate to next to view my organized iPhoto library? Whenever I go to any of my options like Originals, Modified or iPhoto data it just shows me all of the pics that have been imported instead of my organized iPhoto library.

I just want to be able to access the iPhoto library like how it is when I go to the iPhoto application, organized and without all the extra photos that I deleted from the iPhoto application. Any help would be much appreciated!!
