Unable to sync-unknown error (-54)

Good day to all.

I just recently upgraded my 2G iphone from 2.1 to 3.0 (jailbroken) and itunes to 8.2.

When I was restoring all of my files (music, apps, pics, etc) I encoutered this problem:

When uploading my pics to my iphone, it gives an error message of unknown error (-54). The rest of my files (music, apps) were uploaded successfully. Its jus for the photos were I seem to have this error.

I have searched the internet for some tips and saw that it could be caused by "locked" files. If this is correct, how can you unlock files, in the first place? I'm a PC user (Vista) and not a MAC user.

Please help me. Its been bugging me since last week and I tried everything.

Try putting the pictures into a new folder on the PC and then try sycning it with the new folder.

Hi.

I tried already renaming and moving the folder but with no such luck. I haven't experienced this problem. Only when I updated itunes to its latest version. Thanks.

I tried last night creating new files and placing new pictures. No luck.

Discovered something, though.

I asked a friend of my to jaibrake the 3.0 version. When I try syncing my iphone now, it says that my iphone is sync to another itunes.

How can I change it back to recognize my itunes?
