Default transfer rented movies - no video tab

Hi guys

Last night I rented a movie and I can't move it to my iphone. I follow the steps and in the video tab, there's no option for moving rented movies, just sync tv shows and movies I have in my computer. Please help!

are you sure the movie finished downloading to your computer? the last time this happened to me, the download had been stopped without my knowledge and it wasn't available to view it on my computer or transfer it to my iphone as a result...

so it's visible in the "rented movies" source list in itunes and it says "29 days remaining" (or whatever amount of time is left for you to view it) next to it?

Here are a couple of links. Hopefully, one will help point you in the right direction. Good luck.

What software version do you have on your iPhone? You wouldn't be able to have rented movies on your iPhone with less than 1.1.3.

sounds like a problem with itunes for which you may need apple tech support. you should email them - they have pretty quick turnaround in my experience. you may want to reboot your computer (if you haven't already) (and repair permissions if you're using a mac) beforehand just to see if that might fix it...
