The "other" while syncing Pt. 2

My guess is it's a dynamic page file that will shrink if you need the space for media. I got mine down to 100 MB by piling stuff onto the phone.

I had over 1 gig in the "other" memory. What it looks like to me is that when you delete something, it was only deleting the reference on the item, so the phone and itunes no longer recognizes what it is, but it is never actually removed. I restored my phone from Itunes, and it drastically shrunk. I would suggest everyone just restore their phone, you can choose to load the backup version, and it will have all your information, but it will get rid of the other memory mess

Mine is showing over 400mb on my 4gig phone. i'll try the restore and see if that helps i updated itunes and the phone so we will see if that works
