New Phone, Getting Back Music Purchased With Old Phone

Please help. My friend had some music she purchased with her phone, but never synced to puter. She droped the phone and had to get another. Since she never synced her new music, is it possible to retrive it via Itunes?

The music she purchased via wifi would show up if she synced it to iTunes, it would have a new tab at the left saying "Purchased on So in So phone"

Does the phone still sync.?

Thats the issue. She purchased via wifi, but broke the phone before having a chance to sync.

Then she will have to contact apple, go thru the iTunes have her login and then within her account contact them for the songs, there will be a record in her account.
