Default Network connection refused accessing iTunes store

I just upgraded to 7.5 and now I get the error message that says "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone store. The network connection was refused." I have searched high and low and I can not find an answer. Here ae my diagnostics:

So if you delete something from Itunes you also have to delete it again from the hard drive? I'm new to iTunes also!
