Th same thing works with videos. You should have a special playlist called "TV Shows" (it is created by iTunes when you install it). Drag the episodes of Battlestar you want to watch into. The go to TV Shows in your iPhone sync. Choose the from playlist option. Then select the TV Shows playlist.

Works like a charm . I have several Samurai Champloo episodes and some Batttlestar myself.
