My itunes has lost all Playlists and downloaded video. It is still in the itunes folder but itunes seems to no longer see it. To make matters worse it took everything off my iphone so that the ipod section of the phone is now empty. I think this has to do with a faulty itunes Library. Does anyone know how to fix this?
If you still have the files in the folders on your computer you can "Add Folder to Library" in iTunes to make them show up again and then sync them back to your phone.
if you haven't exported your playlists ever, i'm afraid you're out of luck there... but the important things are the actual songs/videos, which it sounds like you still have.
