Question Latest Itunes Version; free ringtones
Is tehre a way to make free ringtones in the newest Itunes version? if so how? any links? ive found some but they are on earlier versions of itunes...

I'm pretty sure that the guides still work for the newest and latest version iTunes.

They do. I have the latest iTunes and have created ringtones using the convert/rename/import method. The techniques are easily found if you search.
