Default iTunes stays in WinXP processes after exiting

Anyone else have a problem where iTunes stays in Windows XP's task manager even after they close it? Every time I close iTunes, it appears to have closed but then if I look in Windows' task manager I still see iTunes sitting there taking up 99% of my cpu. If anyone has any idea why this is happening I'd appreciate it!

Thanks.

I notice the same, but I dont recall it taking up that much CPU.
I hope someone knows a way to make iTunes completely stop running after it's been closed.
