I have tried to download a song from itunes that I want to make into a ringtone, but itunes will not recognize it. It says it is purchased and processing the file, but does nothing after that. I have bought the song a couple times thinking it was that particular source, but nothing helps. How do I fix this issue?

did you purchase the song, or the ringtone from itunes? Ringtones cost $1.99, i believe.

If you purchased the ringtone, and it didn't download correctly, i think the only thing you can do is contact iTunes support so they can either get you a refund, or allow you to re-download it.

if you have the song already on your computer, it is possible to make a free ringtone in garageband or a walkaround in itunes.
