You probably can get the apps on both phones. You can do that with music and videos so why not apps? What if one person has an iPhone and an iPod Touch? they aren't going to want to buy the app twice. That would be stupid.

wow, almost two pages have nothing to do with the original posting.......

But as far as MobileMe goes, it is supposed to go live somewhere between 6p-midnight ...... and that is Pacific time. So 9p-3a for us Eastern Time zone people.

I was hoping you would be able, but I'm thinking there's probably some registration code that can only be used once--online authentication--since they are online. I hope I'm wrong. I know there was a lot of that piracy with many Palm apps. A few, like MissingSync, has authentication.
