help itunes problem!

i recently deleted all my music since it was on my ipod. I still had the music in my itunes.

I downloaded a program to extract from my ipod to computer. I decided to put it back into my libary by hitting add folder. I figure since they have the same attributes. (File name etc) It will pick up.

Now heres were my problem came in...i have duplicates now, and my playlists that i made are messed up.

The only reason im doing this is because, the extracting program somehow messed up my playlist on my ipod and the only way i can re do easily is from itunes but those songs that are there are not recongized. It shows exclamation marks.
