Getting iTunes to recognize TV shows?

Hi, I have a TiVo DVR on my wireless network. I like to record TV shows and send them to my Mac using the official app by TiVo (TiVoToGo).

I convert the shows to .mp4's so I can add them into my iTunes library. Everytime I add them in, iTunes puts them in "Movies," and not "TV Shows."

I know those categories are for content downloaded through iTunes, but is there any way I can add my own TV Shows to the appropriate category?

I like to put the shows on my iPhone/iPod, and it bugs me that they don't show up under "TV Shows," and get mixed in with my movies.

Right click on the TV Show of your choice, and select, Get Info. From there, click on the tab that says, Video. In this tab you should see a dropdown menu for Video Kind. Instead of Movie change it to TV Show and that should do it.
