getting and itunes account with out credit card

ok heres the deal im selling my version 1 iphone to a friend . so i i know when you sign up for i tunes in the process it asks for a credit or debit card . still with me , ok the problem is she doesnt have a credit card . the irs sezed her accounts there fore cannot use her bank card . so to finish up the itunes registration process can she use one of those pre-paid credit cards or apple gift card or something else . need to know what to do before i try to sell my phone . is there a way to get her on itunes to activate the phone . then use itunes gift cards to purchase stuff like apps and what not. she already has a account with att thru her boss but doesnt want to set up the account in her bosses name any hepl would be appriciated foyeburger

Itunes gift card will be you best option. They can be purchased at many locations. Not just Apple Store. Best Buy sells them as does other similar locations.
