Default Dos i tunes not like XP?
I have a problem with i tunes locking up requiring shutting down i tunes or power cycling my computer, is this a common problem?

My last machine had XP and I never had any problems with iTunes. You might try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes?

If I reinstall i tunes will it wipe out the songs and stuff on my i pod Touch?

No, just make sure you sync everything first to be sure.

Idk why, but when I used to have Windows and iTunes with my music, after a while, it would "lose" the songs and not be able to find them...idk how. Luckily this hasnt happened with my Macs.
