Default Deauthorize ALL computers

How do I deauthorize all computers? I found this article from February from Apple's website, however it doesn't seem to apply in the new iTunes 9. Can someone explain how to accomplish this with iTunes 9, please?

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420

Thanks!

you must have all five alloted computers authorized before it will let you do it. I did it not too long ago, but i think it was still itunes 8... i can't imagine they'd have changed it.

Oh I see. I currently have 4 of 5 authorized and will be authorizing another one today. I just upgraded both my computer to the official Windows 7 Ultimate and forgot to deauthorize before I did so. And it's been so long, I can't remember the other computers I have authorized. I will give this a go, thanks hippo.

I had to do that a while back. I had 4 of 5 authorized and quite honestly could only remember 3 of them which I had personally authorized. I went over to a buddy's house and authorized his pc and finally the option to deauthorze all appeared.

Apparently you are now able to unathorise computers even when you have less than 5 computers authorized.

It was posted in a thread here - ill try and dig it out. I always thought it was once all 5 computers were authorised... hmmm

I see no option to deauthorize all computers. I only have 4 of 5 used. I wonder how styfle said he was able to deauthorize all with only 3 of 5 used. I see no option for that...

Do what I did in the thread I created.

Just go up to options, or whatever menu it is (I'm at work so IDK which tab it's under) and click "deauthorize computer" for however many PCs you have authorized. So, if you have 3 or 4 PCs authorized, use the deauthorize option that many times. Then, go ahead and reauthorize your PC again and it should say you've authorized one PC.

I'm in iTunes on my main computer. I clicked "Deauthorize Computer" under the "Store" menu. It deauthorized it. I tried doing it again and it said this computer is not authorized (therefore I cannot deauthorize it), obviously. What are you guys talking about???

I authorized another computer to make it 5 of 5, and when I went into my account in the iTunes Store, under Account, I can now deauthorize all computers. So, yes, you do need to have 5 of 5 in order to deauthorize all....in my experience.
