Default Albums in i tunes

Iv'e got like 3 albums of the same artist with 1 or 2 songs each. Is there any way to put all the songs in to just 1 album, and get rid of the other 2 ?

here re a couple things you can try.

first, highlight each song (ctrl+click or option+click on each one), and then right click and go to Get Info (or properties in windows, i think). then:

1) use the "part of compilation" option along with the "group compilations when browsing" option in preferences. This is the way i would try first.

in preferences, make sure the "group compilations..." box is checked.

2) if that doesn't work, use the "sort album" field. type in something, and itunes should group all of them together when sorting by album.
