Sure, why not? It's going to be the same Touch you'd get anywhere else. That being said, I too do not like Walmart and their business practices. So I'd buy elsewhere if I could.

Maybe... Only bad points would be that if something breaks or even the most insignificant defect arises dont expect walmart to try a replace it unless you have the receipt and returned with those 30-days.
Wherever you can get the best deal is what I'd say, Cause I bought my iPod Video from Best Buy and faced enormous tax additions, I love Best Buy but when theirs something such a $60 dollar xbox 360 game, its really $65 dollars
