What do i do, wont give me any bars, wont let me go into the settings, and i have wifi and went to tons of places that have free wifi were it worked before. whats wrong
Try turning your phone off and back on, changing airplane mode on and then off. If that doesn't work do a restore.

if it then came up malfunctioning....take it back...lol
perhaps the restore failed but it thinks it did not...
i'd restore again buddy and see if it fixes it.
