Yes you can! the touch does WEP, WPA (not sure about WPA2 though) but yes is most likely the answer.

iStealth is right, you can do this provided that you have your password. You have to type in the long password key but once you do that it's saved on your iPod Touch so you don't need to keep keyingit in everytime you connect to your connection.

My iPod touch shows my network but I still can't get on Safari or anythingelse. It will work if I turn wep off on my computer but if it's on it doesn't work. Where do i put in my wep key on the iPod?

To input a WEP key go to: Settings >Wi-Fi > SSID of your network, then there should be a security or settings option to select to enter your WEP password... sorry I don't get Wifi where I am so I can't tell you for sure right now.

Sorry I don't see anything that says SSID.

Sorry.... it won't say SSID (service set identifier) an SSID is what you named your wireless connection when you set it up. Like most lynksis brand routers default SSID is Lynksis.

I figured it out, I had to forget my network and go under "other" and set up my same network under there with the wep and it seems to be working. Wish they would have put how to set up the ipod with a WEP key in the manual.
