Transferring photos from PC to I Touch

I recently transferred photos from a blackberry to my PC using a memory card. When I try to sync these photos to my I Touch, using I-Tunes they go on the device but all the other photos already on the touch are eliminated.I've tried this a few times and each time the blackberry pictures are successfully loaded but all other pictures on the touch disappear.How can I load pictures with a file name and not eliminate pictures already there.
